Pair of columns with different selectivity | Retain polar on one & non-polar on the other.

These development kits are a combination of the Cogent Diamond Hydride™ & the Cogent Bidentate C18™ columns. They are often used together in a 2D-LCMS system to develop metabolomes or identify metabolites.

The Diamond Hydride™ is used to retain polar compounds in aqueous normal phase (ANP) HPLC with acidic or basic mobile phases.

The Bidentate C18™ is used to retain non-polar compounds in reversed phase or depending on your samples, in ANP.
