PEEK Sample Loops with volumes of up to 20μl are manufactured of tubing with the closest tolerance (OD and ID: +/-0.025 mm) available on the market, the Ultra-T™ PEEK tube, which guarantees the smallest volume deviation possible thus providing better results. The tolerances for competitors tubing used for sample loops OD and ID are +/-0.05 mm. These sample loops are supplied with 1/32" threaded nuts, 1/16th and 1/4-28 are available upon special request.

Stainless Steel Sample Loops use tubing that is welded and annealed. The tubing is tested according to EN 10204/3.1B and is cut using EDC (electronic discharge) techniques to achieve square and burr-free end for zero-dead volume connections. Tolerances for SS tubing and capillaries are +/- 0.025mm for both OD and ID. These sample loops are supplied with 1/32" threaded nuts and ferrules but 1/16th inch threaded nuts are available upon special request.

Sample Loops with other volumes may be available upon request. Use the Customer Service pull down menu above to contact us.

NOTE: Reported Sample Loop volume is very close to being completely accurate but due to the possibility of minor tubing ID fluctuations, the reported volume may not be absolute. If these minor differences are important to you, it is recommended that you calibrate them.
