All-PEEK HPLC columns - Pack your own "bioinert" columns.

Available in 2.1, 4.6 or 7.5 mm ID
Chemically Inert

Our All-PEEK HPLC column hardware is extruded PEEK for maximum reproducibility and finest chromatography results. A small amount of graphite (20%) is added to the formulation in order to achieve the black surface sheen. There are no other chemical or physical treatments used in the extruding processes thus making these columns more biocompatible than some competitors.

The inner bore of these All-PEEK columns do not have any surface treatment during manufacturing but have mirror like surfaces that are achieved through our proprietary manufacturing processes.

Manufactured with chromatography in mind, these high-quality columns are available with 5 um PEEK frits or 0.5. 2 pr 5 um Ti frits. Click HERE for Guidelines for packing All-PEEK HPLC columns.

2.1 mm ID columns with threads: 1/4 - 28
4.6 mm ID columns with threads: 1/2 - 20
7.5 mm ID columns with threads: 5/8 - 18

NOTE: Our technical support team strongly recommends that the Cogent column filter, included with each column, be used with all HPLC columns whenever possible. Click HERE for details.

CAUTION: Using All-PEEK columns and hardware at elevated temperatures will reduce the pressure stability of the material drastically.
